Zendata AI (legal name ZenData s.r.l.) designs and ships AI agents for processes such as HR, accounting, management control, coding, ESG, M&A, and public tenders.
We start from a concrete operational problem, map the process and the knowledge that feeds it, then build an agent with clear ownership, controls, and evidence. Method first, model second.
We integrate with the systems you already use and sell outcomes — not generic consulting hours.
What we are not
We do not offer strategy without delivery, nor proof-of-concepts left without ownership in production. We do not replace legal counsel on the EU AI Act or GDPR: we design systems with compliance and audit trails in mind, providing operational guidance.
