What must companies do under the AI Act from 2 August 2026?+
If you use ChatGPT, Copilot, or a third-party chatbot you are usually a deployer, not a provider: inventory, transparency on human-facing AI, literacy (already due from 2025), and data rules. Annex III high-risk duties stay on a later horizon.
