- Category
- A partner that designs, integrates, and ships AI agents on business processes. Software, not generic consulting and not licence resale.
- Who it is for
- Italian companies with a repeatable process that has unstructured input, exceptions, and several steps; teams that already have an AI pilot and want production ownership, permissions, and an audit trail.
- Who it is NOT for
- Anyone looking only for generic training without software delivery; anyone who needs binding legal advice on GDPR or the AI Act (we are not a law firm); anyone who needs an FAQ chatbot or a fixed flow, which belong to search and RPA.
- Input needed from the client
- A process with an owner and volume, real input examples, access to the documents and data required, the list of systems to integrate (ERP, CRM, accounting) and compliance constraints.
- Output / deliverable
- An agent in production on the agreed process, integrations with existing systems, controls and audit evidence, documentation, and handover to the internal team.
- Timeline
- Initial assessment 1–2 weeks; partner project on a closed scope 6–12 weeks (the same ranges published in the 2026 cost pillar and in build, buy, or partner). This is not a guaranteed horizon: it depends on data, permissions and the systems to integrate.
- Constraints / stack
- Integrations through APIs or connectors; cloud or on-prem where required; EU AI Act and GDPR treated as project constraints. Where needed: evidence pack, audit trail, and on-prem deployment.
- Price or price drivers
- PoC EUR 3,000–8,000, production agent EUR 15,000–35,000, EUR 35,000–60,000 with ERP/CRM integrations and system actions, plus recurring fees. The driver is permissions and data quality, not the model.
- Evidence
- ISO 9001:2015 and UNI/PdR 125:2022; Google Cloud AI Startup of the Year 2025 (Italy AI Groundbreaker Award); Unikey s.r.l. group. TODO: first-party evidence for a case study with publishable numbers.
